About 

Moore Stormwater Engineering provides hydrologic and hydraulic engineering services for communities across Oklahoma and Arkansas.

The firm is led by Grant Moore, a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager with more than eight years of professional experience. 

Before founding Moore Stormwater Engineering, Grant served as a Project Manager at Meshek & Associates and later WSB, where he led complex hydraulic modeling efforts and supported flood mitigation initiatives for municipalities and tribal nations. 

Grant combines advanced modeling tools (1D and 2D HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, and GIS) with practical regulatory expertise to deliver solutions that are technically sound and aligned with FEMA and local floodplain requirements.

The goal is simple: to design resilient stormwater infrastructure and help our clients move projects forward with confidence.
